Build a plyometric, Crossfit jump box Three jumping heights depending on which side you face it, allows three different heights ( 20 in, 24 in, and 30 in )

Basically it cost less price than you will pay from internet or company's

Step 1:

You'll need:

- basic carpentry skills

- goggles

- some grabber screws

- drill or impact driver with bit to match screws

- sheet of plywood and cut out 2 pieces each of 20" x 30", 24" x 30" and 20" x 24".
