Introduction: Tiny Dancer

Picture of Tiny Dancer

How to make a ballerina.

Step 1: The Tutu

Make 15-20 tight marquis. I like to fit them together as I make them, so I can see the shape and try not to waste paper.

After you get your desired look, glue them together.

Step 2: The Body

Make a loose triangle.

Then glue another strip in a tight triangle around the loose triangle.

Step 3: Neck, Head and Hair

For the neck: Make a tight circle, then squeeze to elongate and flatten into a tight oval.

For the head: Use two strips to make a larger tight circle.

For the bangs: Cut a small piece and shape it to fit the shape of the head.

For the bun: Make a tight circle, then squeeze to elongate and flatten into a tight oval.

Step 4: Arms and Legs

Wrap paper around the edges of a quilling comb, then bend to desired shape.

Great quilling job. Do you have any pictures of the assembly process.

Unfortunately, no.

This one was a quick one for a last minute birthday present.
