I took a common wire coat hanger and cut four small brackets to support a tiny pan or pot. Wire cutters work best and bend the angles too.
Guestimate how high you want your pot to sit and cut your wire to size. You will need four of these. Then bend them so the pot will sit flat .
Push the wire brackets (pot stand) into holes in the lantern top. Mine had holes already , so I did not have to drill any. Lucky for me.
Fill your stove/lantern with common Kerosene. NEVER USE GASOLINE, IT WILL EXPLODE !
I found a small can to heat up whatever I wanted. A tuna can would work nice. The smaller the better.
You can now heat some water or make a tiny stew, just add your ingredients , a tea bag, chicken or beef bullion cube . Voila, a tiny meal, and it all ...
When you are done heating and eating, let it cool down, stick it in a ziplock bag, and stick it in a pocket! Nice!
