This easy pie is so yummy!

I LOVE Tiramisu but it's difficult to make, I mean, where do you go to buy those Ladyfinger cookies anyway??

If you would like to add coffee flavored liqueur, cut the milk from 3/4 to 1/2 and add 1/4 cup liqueur.

All the layers of flavors meld together and make this one of the most delicious desserts I've ever eaten!

If you love chocolate and coffee, you'll love this pie!

Step 1: Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 milk chocolate bars (3.5 oz each)

large graham cracker crust (store bought or home made)

small container Cool Whip (8 oz)

3/4 cup cold coffee- divided

3/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 small box instant vanilla pudding

8 ounces cream cheese

1 pound Sara Lee frozen pound cake

Step 2: Chocolate

In a glass bowl, melt the heavy cream and chocolate bars. Stir every 30 seconds until completely melted.

pour 1/2 cup into the graham cracker pie crust and coat the bottom.

Step 3: Pound Cake

Slice the pound cake into 1/2" slices. Place a layer of cake into the pie crust. cut pieces to fit.

Spoon 1/4 cup coffee over pound cake.

Step 4: Cream Cheese

Combine the cream cheese with pudding mix and 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup coffee and vanilla.

Mix until thickened.

Spread 1/2 of this over pound cake.

Step 5: Layer

Drizzle 1/2 cup chocolate over cream cheese/pudding mixture.

Place another layer of pound cake over chocolate. Spoon 1/4 cup coffee over cake.

Spread rest of cream cheese/pudding mixture over cake.

Cover with Cool Whip.

Step 6: Finished Tiramisu Pie

Drizzle remainder of chocolate on top of Pie, sprinkle chocolate shavings if desired.

Place pie in refrigerator until ready to serve.
