In this Instructable I will tell you how to not only be green but save the greens.

Step 1: CFL bulbs
Replace your ordinary light bulbs with Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFL Bulbs).Because CFL's last longer and are more Eco friendly.
Step 2: Solar Power
You can use solar power to power things , because solar power is a great way to reduce your impact on the earth.
Step 3: Stop the drip
Don't let your sink keep running when you brush your teeth, and when you are done washing your hands or brushing your teeth make sure the sink does not drip or run.
Step 4: TV and Computer
Turn off the TV and computer in your house when not in use, it saves money on your electric bill and helps the environment of course.
Step 5: Plant trees
Go out and volunteer, plant trees in your community make the earth greener.
Step 6: Recylcing
Recycle your family's paper, plastic ,aluminum ,and glass each week.
Step 7: Turn them off
Turn off the lights after you leave a room. Often many people forget do to so. And this step also save money on your electric bill and helps the earth.
Step 8: Car Tires
Make sure your car tires are fully inflated every month. This is why, it takes more power and gas to power a car with flat tires then fully pumped ones. It saves gas and pollutes less.
Step 9: Reusable tote bags
Use reusable tote bags in the mall or store, instead of the plastic bags.
Step 10: Shorter showers
Take shorter showers to saves money on your water bill and saves water for the earth.
Step 11: Refillable bottles
Drink from refillable water bottles. This way you save money on bottled water and pollute less.(please if you use bottled water recycle your plastic bottles.)
Step 12: Use e-mail insted of snail mail
Use e-mail rather then regular mail, try paying your bills online too. It saves paper and time.
Step 13: Rechargeable batteries
Buy rechargeable batteries rather then the ordinary batteries. (If you use ordinary batteries please recycle.)
Step 14: Recycled products
Choose recycled products for your home and school.Such as reusable coffee filters, recycled paper and so on.
