These projects were created by graduate students in Towson University’s Professional Writing Program. Graduate students enrolled in Dr. Elizabeth Angeli’s spring 2013 course “Creating Online Help” composed these documents as part of their online help portfolios. The course, which was taught online, introduced students to best practices in online help and the different forms of online help, including written text, pictures, and video. Through developing their own instructables, students applied theoretical concepts, conducted research, and developed their writing skills.
