first you need to have a square shaped paper. the size is yours to choose.

then you have to fold it into a triangle

then you have to take one end of the triangle to the top corner and shape it like a diamond.

then fold corners of the diamond we folded before up to the line

then open and fold one corner up to the line

then fold the diamond with no openings up to the little triangles

then fold down small triangles from the top to make a small tie
