Step 1: Step 1

In order to make a true American baseball flag, you will need 6 full baseball bats and 7 completely broken bats. Bats that have been used in games not only save you money, but it also creates a unique look to your fine project!

Step 2: Step 2

Paint 3 of the complete bats red and 4 of the broken bats red!

Step 3: Step 3

While the paint in the red bats dry, go ahead and paint the remaining bats white. 3 complete bats and 3 broken bats.

Step 4: Step 4

Depending on the length of your bats you will need several baseballs. If the balls have a older look to them it makes the final project a lot cooler.

Step 5: Step 5

After the paint on your bats dry, lay them out on a price of plywood. Makes sure you Iike the spacing and they are centered. When you have them where you like them pre drill holes through the ply wood and bats. Screw the bats to the board from the back of the ply wood!

Step 6: Finally

To finish up screw your baseballs that you painted blue just as you did the wooden bats. The project is fun! Be creative and put your own artistic twists on it!!!
