Step 3Waistband
At the selvedge end measure double the width for your waistband.
Cut into your fabric about 3" perpendicular to the selvedge edge.
Then RIPPPPPPP your fabric.*
Check the selvedge ends for equal measure.
Fold it in half, with wrong sides together, and press.
