Got an extra tube sock? Need a fitness band to hold your smartphone? Problem solved.

Step 1: Prepare Your Sock

choose a sock that is at least twice as long add your phone. cut the sock and discard the toe section.

Step 2: Place on Arm

Pull the sock onto your arm, and then pull the bottom up onto your phone. You're done, go have fun.
