Introduction: Tuna Mousse
A quick recipe that you will definitely fall in love with. All you need
is a can (or two) of tuna, butter, onion (optional, but gives it a really nice taste) and a food processor.

Step 1: Ingredients:
150g Canned Tuna
1 Table spoon Hot Water
½ Onion or 1 Small one
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Time: 10-15 minutes
Step 2: Method:
Place 100g of butter (soften) in the food processor
Add a table spoon of hot water
Process until your butter looks more like a foam (nice and soft, fluffy)
Get rid of the oil/juice from tuna can
Add tuna to the butter & mix well until you get a creamy texture
Add a pinch of salt & pepper
Add chopped onion to the spread and mix/process until smooth.
Serve with bread.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Eat within 2 – 3 days.
If you put it in a fridge, it will harden and will crumble. Take it out and leave it soften at room temperature. Note that it might not have the creamy texture when taken out the fridge. And that is why it is best when kept in a cool place, preferably pantry, if you have one.
