Introduction: Turkey Breast With Mungo & Bamboo Cream Sauce Recipe


500g Turkey breast

300g Bamboo shoots

300g Mungo seedlings

300ml Cream

2 Spoons wild cranberries

Salt, pepper, paprika & curry

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the turkey breast in pieces and sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika & curry to it and mix by hand. Place the pieces on an plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for 20 minutes. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, curry & wild cranberries to the cream and stir it together. Place the mungo seddlings and the banboo shoots on the plate and pour the cream mix over it. Put the plate back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Step 2: Finish

Serv it with some rice, potatoes, noodles or else and enjoy.
