Step 4: Working the Dough

After the dough has finished resting, divide in two, put the second half back in the bowl.

Place the first half of the dough on your floured surface and press into a circle with our hands.  Once you have a circle lift up and let the dough stretch in length, place back on the floured surface and roll out the dough to the desired size (rolling pin).
<p>i'm confused (easy for me to be so lol), was the cranberry sauce on the side? i don't see it listed in the ingredients. </p>
<p>Yes the cranberry sauce was on the side, leftover from Christmas Dinner.</p><p>If you don't have any freshly made cranberry sauce, you could always used canned (myself - I will make the cranberry sauce)</p>
