This tutorial was copied from our website at iPlayPlayStation.com.
The images were lifted from our site, and so were the drivers (just look at the read.txt file in the zip - it says downloaded from iPlayPlayStation.com). If you're going to pinch our tutorial, images, and files - at least give us a credit.

I tried reinstalling it because it's under other devices but it says the hardware was not installed because the wizard could not find the necessary software. I downloaded the logitech zip files and it's on my desktop. I'm not sure what to do... could someone help me please?

I should think every one knows this but if the cam is out of focus turn the lens both ways till its good (you'll need to do this for close-ups etc)

I respect u..THanx a lot +i had a webcam but my elder brother didnt and even did'nt had microphone integrated in his laptop ..but in my webcam there is a microphone...and also got microphone in my laptop.........SO suddenly by ure help i can give mi brother my webcan and use my eye toy...bye

Okay i think something seriously wrong just happened. I installed your drivers and everything and it all worked great with my Namtai EyeToy, recorded some stuff to test it out on Movie Maker. I unplugged the eyetoy and plugged it back in, to see if it would still work, and it was all great still. I tried using the "amcam" thing for recording stuff, and it wasnt as good quality, like you said. I unplugged the EyeToy and my whole computer restarted. Was that supposed to happen?!!!! lol other than that my computer seems to be working alright, but i haven plugged the eyetoy back in yet...

For the sensible among me, heh, using Linux, you can get your EyeToy to work on it to.

Hey I Really Need Help. I Just Installed My Driver For My Cam And Everything Loaded Fine, But When I Try And Use It During An IM, The Screen Just Appears Black, But When I Check The Preview In AMCAP Or VIDCAP, The Picture Is Fine!! Whats Wrong?!?!?

right.. can someone please help me ASAP :) right... ive got on to device manager but you said that my eyetoy should appear under imaging devices... but mine is under other devices.. and there is another item with a yellow exclamation mark called TSST corp DVD +- RW blablabla.. or is that just something that i have in my disc drive? does it matter if i have my eyetoy in other devices? please some help mee :)

Thanks! Worked perfectly! But I had a question and wasn't able to find any answers anywhere...What is the difference between the black Logitech EyeToy and the silver Namtai EyeToy? I'm asking because I did as was instructed, and the prompt revealed that I had a Namtai version plugged in, but I was under the impression that the Namtais were the silver ones. I had the black one, which I assumed to be Logitech's.

hey, okay so i have a ps2 eyetoy cam that i have been using for about 3 months now just to make some lil vidz on utube and sometimes stream and it worked fine for a long time and now my picture quality sucks big time! i dont know why. any suggestions?

After installing the drivers I get this: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" Any ideas? Is it just FUBAR? I have a logitech and installed the logitech drivers.

Hi, Thanks for your efforts. I have an old Namtai eye toy. The optical quality is quite bad - always out of focus, nothing like your movie... I can make the focus bad or very bad... Could you please tell me about the quality of the different camera variants; how is the old logitech compared to the namtech compared to the new one - or are there more variants around? TIA!
