Take the tire off to check for thorns or any sharp objects. Then check to see if the rim strip is on. Once you have your new tube filled, place it in the tire before putting it around the rim. Then install tire and tube at the same time. When installing, dont use a tire leaver. It may pinch the tube.

Hope this helps anybody who doesn't know the proper way to replace a tube.
