USB Batman Spotlight

Step 16Assemble lamp into yoke

Because of the drinks top it will turn, but if you want to to be adjustable for rake as well then you'll have to secure it with pins or thin nails. Form me I only wanted the turning as a gimmick, the fact it sits there next to my computer displaying the Batman logo on the wall is just too cool.

I've loved doing this project, I feel many more USB light type projects coming on, it was so easy and the effects are really cool.

It's cool how the batman symbol isn't clearly defined when you project it onto the wall (fuzzy aroundthe edges). Gives the same effect as if it were reflecting off of the clouds like it does in the movie. I'm going to make this when I'm living on residence again and position it so when people walk past my window all they see is the bat signal (my window is low enough and anyone walking in the parking lot can see inside my room when the blinds are open).

Ahh, I get you now, but no this is truly 100% my idea. I am the founder, designer, writer and content creator of dadcando, all those projects and illustrations are mine... and they take ages to do. By posting on Instructables I bring the ideas to a wider audience and get to showcase some of my latest projects (although I don not put them all up on Instructables. Also on instructables I often put up other photos not appropriate or available on dadcando. What do you think of dadcando?
