I cut and drilled a piece of scrap metal. it looked like this- (o o)
Before i glued it to the drive, i put a layer of glue down and waited for it to harden (so the metal would not connect the parts of the drive). Then I glued the metal piece onto the hardened glue.
I used a very powerful glue, I'll write the name later.
