Since the internal mechanism to move the disk is no longer inside, you'll need to glue the button in place if you don't want a gaping hole in the front. I used Elmers cause I didn't feel like digging up the holt melt gun. Since the device should never get wet, I'm not concerned about the glue.

Next, load up the thumb drives onto the hub. It'd be a good idea to test them out here before loading them into the case. Also, check the 'read only' switch, if the device has one. You will probably want these set to allow writing. I was also fortunate enough to have the right shape and size of hub to allow me to match up the power light and the window on the front bezel. Now the device lights up blue whenever power is applied.

A single piece of double stick tape on the bottom of the USB hub is holding everything in place inside. Another drop of glue on the power cord should help that out.

Finally, the lid goes on and, if you have 'em handy, some little rubber or felt 'feet' on the bottom will keep it from scratching up your desk.
