normal usb memory sticks are boring, so i did a case modding for a normal USB drive

hehe... I can see the humor in it... but not the practicality of having a 12" asparagus sticking out of your laptop when you're on say... a plane, bus etc. I think my cat would come by and break it off (I had a card reader go in a similar fashion). But, if there was something like a 3" (or even less) extension cable... that might be a different story :D

Very nice!. I have done it too but placed it in an empty highlighter. People on my school will think i'm messing up with the pc =P. I even made the cap to fit it, you can't see it is fake :))
