This sauce is so simple and quick to make. It goes great with anything that you dip ! Burgers, Chips, French fries, Bread Sticks .... You name it and this goes great. It is basically a blend of 3 existing sauces that most people always have lying around. It's just a matter of getting the quantities right. So .. here you go !
Step 1: Ingredients
All you need to make the most simple and amazing chip or burger dip is 3 ingredients !!
Mustard (English or American)
Step 2: Mix
So. To make this sauce you need to mix the sauces in the following parts.
2 parts Mayonnaise
1 part Ketchup
1 Part Mustard
It's up to you how much of the sauce you make. I often make a whole jar of the stuff and keep it in the fridge. For the purpose of this instructable I made up a 1 use batch using the quantities
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Mustard
I always mix it with a fork because it makes less mess and seems to be easier in general.
Step 3: Done
That's it ! If you've made a load of the stuff, sterilise some jars, label and keep ! It will keep for as long as the mayo will (so around 3 - 6 months in the fridge). Dip it, spread it in a sandwich, top your burger with it. Do what you what with it. Enjoy !
