Introduction: Upcycled Tie Shirt

I had a bunch of my husbands ties I had to throw away so thought I would make a nice silk shirt with them. I love the competing patterns that make it interesting. The top part is an old spaghetti strap top that was too short. I sewed the ties on the outside of it because tie fabric is very thin. I have step by step photos but I dont know how to put those boxes in the photos I see everywhere or I would point things out. Sorry.

When you are creating your instructable just click on the picture you want to add info to. A box will pop up in the upper left corner and you can put your text in there. Then save it and drag and re-size the box over the area you want to highlight. My daughters taught me how to do that. I hope this helps. Deb
