Learn how to import pictures to your Google+ profile using the site's built-in uploading process.

Step 1: Logging In

First, log in to your your Google+ account by going to plus.google.com and signing in with your Google username and password.

Step 2: Go to Photos

From your Google+ page, hover of the the photo icon, but DO NOT CLICK ON IT. A small dialog box with several options will appear. Click on "Add Photos"

Step 3: Upload: Drag and Drop Pt 1

These are the instructions for dragging and dropping photos. If you'd like to upload via selection instead, please skip forward two steps.

After naming your album, it's time to add photos. For this, simply open the folder that contains the photos you want to upload.

Step 4: Upload: Drag and Drop Pt 2

These are the instructions for dragging and dropping photos. If you'd like to upload via selection instead, please skip forward a step.

Next, select one of the photos you want to upload by clicking and holding it. Then, drag it over to your Google+ window and drop it on the upload box.

Repeat until you have uploaded all the photos you want to.

You can select multiple photos using CTRL + click or SHIFT + click.

Step 5: Upload: Selection

If you'd prefer to upload your photos en masse rather than dragging and dropping, then you should use selection.

To do this, simply click the "Select Photos From Your Computer" button, navigate to the folder where you keep your photos and select the pictures you wish to upload and click "Open"

You can select multiple photos using CTRL + click or SHIFT + click.

Step 6: Finishing Up

To edit a photo, including adding captions, tagging people, rotating, and general editing just click on the photo and select the relevant option.

Once you are satisfied, go ahead and click "Create Album". Add comments/tags and click share to share your pictures with the world! (Or Google+, anyways)
