Here you will find step by step instructions on how to change the caller id your phone displays to an outgoing contact. We have a list of numbers for you to use that will forward back to the company. DO NOT use just any number. Only use the allowed numbers that are found on the list.

Step 1: Open the "Settings" Window

Step 2: Change "LOCAL PRESENCE" to "CUSTOM NUMBER"

Step 3: Input the CUSTOM NUMBER (from List of Approved Numbers Only)

Step 4: Choose "SAVE" to Apply the Changes You Have Made
