OK alll u need is a few materis....
PETROLEUM JELLY...(VASLINE WILL DO)
ESSENCE...of ur choice...i use raspberry
A small container to store ur lip balm
A BOWL....SMALL SIZE... A SPOON
an old lipstick even a part of it will do

ok now take the bowl..
add 1 whole spoon ful of petroleum jelly to it
THEN add ur essence.... not more than 5 drops( too strong)
*U CAN USE EDIBLE GLITTER IF U WANT TO...(ADD IT NOW)*
Now add a part if ur lipstic aproxx 1 cm from the top
GIVE IT ALL A GOOD STIR!!
