This recipe is usually made with minced mutton. I have a replaced the mutton with a secret ingredient and made it totally a vegetarian. Do you want to know what is the secret ingredient ?? then checkout my video without any delay.. Kheema is minced meat.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Radish grated – 1/4kg
  2. Coconut – 1 cup
  3. Roasted Gram – 200gms
  4. Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
  5. Red chilli – 6
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp (If you dont have paste then add ginger 1 inch piece and garlic 10 cloves)
  7. Curry leaves – 5 or 6
  8. Saunf – 1/2 Tsp
  9. Onion – 1 medium
  10. Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
  11. Salt required
  12. Oil for deep frying
