Introduction: Vegan Buffalo Sauce
This is an incredibly easy sauce that my roommate invented to serve on some vegan 'chicken wings' she created for her partner's birthday. Apparently chicken wings and buffalo sauce were the one thing that he missed from a vegan diet.
This sauce tastes just like buffalo sauce, without the buffalo!
Step 1: Ingredients

The measurements here will create a bowl of sauce that will (if you are lucky) provide enough condiment for 4 people.
Measure into a bowl 1/4 cup tahini, the juice from 1 lemon, 1/4 tsp salt and 3 1/2 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
Step 3: Mix
Using a fork, whip the ingredients together really well. The more you whip it, the creamier it becomes.
Serve this will all of your favourite vegan dishes - it compliments almost everything! I've shown it on an avocado as well as a veggie bake.
