2 Tablespoons of Vegenaise
1 1/2 Teaspoons of onion powder
2 Teaspoons of nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of green onion shreds (optional)
1 Teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Put chickpeas in a food processor. Process until it has the consistency of a chunky hummus. Transfer to a bowl and combine the rest of the ingredients. Add to a sandwich or eat with crackers!

I used a fresh yellow onion shredded instead of green and it was 1/4 of an onion, no green onion, no lemon juice, regular mayonnaise and garlic powder instead. I didn't have nutritional yeast, but this was delish and inspired by yours. almost replaces my tuna cravings. i can use this to make chick pea melts instead of tuna. Thanks.
