Introduction: Vegan Holiday Cookies
Simple to make, no eggs, no oil, no animal ingredients! If you want that special holiday & winter scent in your house, add more cinnamon in the recipe!
Step 1: Ingredients & Recipe
- 150 gr of vegan buter - 1 and a half cup of sugar - 1 vanilla sugar - 6 spoons of vegan milk (I used vanilla flavoured soy milk) - 3 cups of oat flakes - 1 cup of flour - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- cinnamon, dark chocolatte, dry fruits
Foamy mix the vegan butter, which is softened at room temperature, with half a cup of sugar and 1 vanilla sugar.
Add a couple of tablespoons of milk and a few teaspoon of cinnamon (to your liking)
Mix oatmeal flakes with flour and baking powder. Add chopped chocolate (or dry fruits!)
Mix all together and add a few more tablespoons of milk if the mixture is too crispy.
Shape your cookies and bake in a heated oven at 180 C for 15-20 min.
When they're done, remove to a plate to cool off and serve!
