In this instructable, I am going to show you how to make pancakes/tortillas dough, and fill it with some tempeh. You can always customize it by adding your favorite sauce or veggies. This recipe is so easy to make, the portion is for 2 people, and you are going to love it! <3

Step 1: Ingredients
For the dough you will need:
- 150 gr buckwheat flour
- 200 ml water
- himalayan salt
- 1 tsp oil of your choice
Step 2: Mixing Ingredients
Pour all ingredients into a big bowl and mix until it's nice and smooth.
Step 3: Frying
Using a ladle, slowly pour the mixture into the preheated and oiled shallow pan. Doing a circle motion, spread the mixture over the pan. Your stove should be at the highest,or one level below highest heat level adjustment. After 1 - 2 minutes you will notice how the edges are starting to lift and peel from the pan, and that is the moment when you should flip your pancake. Leave it on the other side for about 1 minute.
Step 4: Fill and Enjoy!
Fill your pancakes with some tempeh, vegan sauce and lettuce, and roll it up.
