Vegan Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving for many vegans can be a hard time for deciding meals.  Dad doesn't want to eat tofurky, Mom refuses to change her prize winning apple pie recipe, and uncle joe doesn't understand why you would want to go vegan.

With these recipes you can show your family how yummy vegan food can be especially at thanksgiving! We will be adding more recipes in the next 2 weeks. Have a suggestion? Please add your suggestion in the comments!

These recipes are either already vegan or can be made vegan easily with simple changing of ingredients (soy milk, vegan margarine, etc).

Nice! thanks for adding my "no beast feast" to this guide.
None of us are vegan, but my crew is vegetarian, and many of my in-laws can't eat dairy, so vegan works well for us.

This year the table will have turkey, tofurkey, and vegan sides and desserts. (plus my chocolate cream pie that my inlaws can't eat. oh well.... more for me. )
