Step 1: Get your ingredients

(a) 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice
(b) 2 eggs
(c) 1/2 carrot
(d) 1/2 green pepper
(e) 6 mushrooms
(f) 3 green onions
(g) 1/2 zucchini
(h) 2 T butter
(i) 1/4 cup soy sauce
(j) 2 to 3 cups water
when you say to grill the eggs and veg do you mean put them all under the grill in a pan?
I've made this several times now, each with a different combination of vegetables, and it's delicious every time! :) I suggest adding shrimp to the meal :)
Made this for dinner tonight, turned out very nice. Worked out pretty cheap for the amount it made too - will certainly be making it again.
