Step 5: Fry rice

Fry rice:
(a) Place cooked rice in wok with grilled vegetables and scrambled eggs.
(b) Add remaining 1 T of butter and stir into the mixture
(c) Cook rice, vegetables, and scrambled eggs in wok for 5 minutes stirring occasionally on med-high heat
when you say to grill the eggs and veg do you mean put them all under the grill in a pan?
I've made this several times now, each with a different combination of vegetables, and it's delicious every time! :) I suggest adding shrimp to the meal :)
Made this for dinner tonight, turned out very nice. Worked out pretty cheap for the amount it made too - will certainly be making it again.
