Introduction: Vegetable Grill Pikes Recipe

Ingredients:

Eggplant

Paprika

Zucchini

Red onions

Cherry tomatoes

Wooden skewers

Salt & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Remove the seeds from the zucchini and cut it in half moons. Quarter the red onions. Cut the paprika and the eggplant in pieces. Pin the vegetables on wooden skewers.

Step 2: Finish

Scatter salt & pepper on the grill pikes. Place them on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 to 30 minutes.
