Introduction: Vegetable Stir-Fry
This is a vegetable stir fry. It is a delicious plate, that you will enjoy eating. My Father makes this all the time and it is one of my favorites.
Step 1: The Ingredients
You will need :
1 Onion, Olive Oil, Celery sticks, Carrots, SugarSnap peas, pepper and red pepper, salt, flour, Vermouth, Water, Thai Peanut Sauce, and Basil.
You would also need pasta if you would like it to be a pasta plate.
Step 2: Step One, Two, and Three
Step One: You need to put the stove on med-high and put 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil into the pan.
Step Two: Cut up 1 onion and put it in.
Step Three: Chop up about 3 celery sticks and put it in pan.
Step 3: Step Four and Five
Step Four: Dice up 3 Carrots put them in the pan.
Step Five: Put a hand full of sugar snap peas in the pan.
Step 4: Step Six and Seven
Step Six: Put a pinch of pepper, red pepper, and salt in.
Step Seven: Put about one tablespoon of flour in.
Step 5: Step Eight
Step Eight: Put in about 2 tablespoons of Vermouth cooking wine.
Step 6: Step Nine and Ten
Step Nine: Put in 1 oz of water.
Step Ten: Put in about 1/4 a cup of Thai Peanut Sauce.
Step 7: Step Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen
Step Eleven: Put in about one teaspoon of chopped up basil.
Step Twelve: Turn the tempature down and let it thicken.
Step Thirteen: This step is optional, you can boiling a pan of pasta.
Step 8: The Finished Product
This is what it will look like at the end, if you decide to put it on pasta.
