Introduction: Veggie Gyro

Tired of making boca burgers? Treat yourself to some Veggie goodness. And it has seitan.

Step 1: Ingredients:

-Tzatziki sauce
4 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Lemon's juice.
1 unpeeled cucumber chopped fine
1 clove garlic salt
Garlic Powder

-Gyros
1 tomato cut into slivers
1 onion cut into pieces
Some lettuce
2 packs of white wave seitan
Pita
lots of Cavenders Greek Allspice.
Feta

Step 2: Tzatsiki Sauce

This couldn't be easier. Mix Yogurt, Oil, spices and cucumber in a bowl with a whisk.

Step 3: Gyro

Cut the seitan into strips.

In a pan on medium heat cook the seitan with olive oil and a lot of cavenders.
I add some water to keep the seitan juicy.

Step 4: Pitas

Heat the pitas in a toaster oven until soft. Wrap in parchment paper if you would like. Eat em.
