Simple, cheap and easy ventriloquist makeup tutorial for Halloween or even any costume party. Materials: makeup brushes, triangle applicator sponges (dollar store) Elmer's glue stick, translucent powder, Ben Nye Clown white cream and powder, deep/medium brown foundation, BH cosmetics 120 color palette, pink blush, liquid eye liner, wig and most important personality..
