I made this for my steampunk mad scientist Halloween costume.

Supplies:

-Hot glue gun and glue
-Fabric swatch from Hobby Lobby (http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/embossed-felt-rectangle-alligator-397687/), the brown one in the pic is not what I used, but an example.  You can, of course, use leather, but I didn't want to spend a lot and the swatch was only 50 cents.
-Fabric glue
-Mailing cardboard tube (I had this lying around)
-Paper Fasteners (http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/paper-fasteners-270975/)
-Stick-on velcro
-Dremel tool w/ drill bit
-Empty vials or tubes
-Super glue
-Wire
-Whatever you want to fill the vials (I had to fill the top of vial with hot glue to prevent the contents from flowing out)
