THIS IS A SIMPLE INSTRUCTABLE ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN VIBRATING HEAD MASSAGER AT A VERY LOW COST.

Step 1: MATERIALS REQUIRED

1. DC ELECTRIC MOTORS(4)

2.SMALL BOLTS

3. DUCT TAPE

4.AC TO DC ADAPTOR

5.ELECTRICAL WIRES

6.SEALING ADHESIVE (M-SEAL)

7.VELCRO

Step 2: MAKING THE VIBRATING MOTOR

To make vibrating motor all you have to do is to fix the bolts on the toy motor with the help of any sealing adhesive,if required you can also weld it.The intensity of the vibration will depend on the size of bolt so the size of the bolt should not exceed the radius of the motor.

You have to be careful while fixing the bolt.Do it as shown in the figure.

Step 3: CONNECTING THE MOTORS

Wire the motors in parallel connection to the DC adaptor as shown in the diagram.Be careful about the positions of the vibrating motors.They should be fixed according to the shape of your head, on the positions shown in the diagram.

Step 4: TAPE THEM TOGETHER...

Now with the help of duct tape fix all the motors to make a band, wires should be fixed inside it.sew Velcro at both the ends of the band to adjust the size of the massager.

You can also fix caps on the open ends of motor for more safety and to make it more attractive you can also sew cloth or any other material on it.

But be careful with the intensity of the vibration ,high vibration can also be harmful for you.Fix it to medium level by changing the size of bolt.

NOW ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO WEAR IT ,SWITCH IT ON AND RELAX!

You can make massager for other body parts also by changing the quantity and size of the motor.
