YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR BIKE WITHOUT WATER. IT TAKES ABOUT 4 HOURS TO DO A WHAMMERJAMMER JOB BUT YOU CAN DO IT IN ABOUT AN HOUR DEPENDING. NONE OF THE PRODUCTS USED WILL HARM ANY PART OF YOUR BIKE. THE ITEMS YOU SEE ARE CALLED PIMP STICKS. YOU CAN USE DOWELS WITH THE ENDS GROUND TO SUIT YOU. I USE THESE BECAUSE I DO THIS AS A BUSINESS. I BOUGHT THESE ONLINE FOR ABOUT $20.

Step 1: ITEMS NEEDED

THE ITEMS YOU WILL NEED ARE :
1. RAGS-ABOUT 20-12"X12"-I USE MICRO FIBER-CHEAP AT WAL-MART.-YOU CAN USE ANYTHING THOUGH-OLD T-SHIRTS,ETC
2. ORIGINAL SPRAY CLEANER-AVAILABLE AT BIKE BANDIT.COM
3.FLITZ METAL POLISH-AVAILABLE AT A LOT OF PLACES-I BOUGHT MINE ON LINE.
4.EAGLE ONE NANO WAX-AVAILABLE AT AUTO PARTS STORES.
5.1/4" DOWELS-WITH THE ENDS CUT TO VARIOUS SHAPES-POINTS, FLATS,ETC.-THESE ARE USED TO REACH THE SPACES YOUR FINGERS WON'T.

Step 2: THE FUN PART

DEPENDING ON HOW DIRTY AND HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN DIRTY. IF IT HAS CAKED ON MUD YOU WILL NEED A STIFF BRUSH(SOMETHING THAT WON'T SCRATCH)---BRUSH OFF EVERYTHING YOU CAN REACH. USE THE STICKS WITH A RAG WRAPPED AROUND TO GET THE REST---SPRAY THE CLEANER ON THE RAG FIRST---NOT ON THE PART BEING CLEANED.

Step 3: BOTTOM TO TOP FRONT TO BACK

WORKING FROM FRONT TO BACK-BOTTOM TO TOP-WORK YOUR WAY AROUND THE BIKE. AFTER YOU'VE CLEANED EVERYTHING WITH THE CLEANER---USE THE FLITZ TO POLISH ALL THE METAL--THIS STEP CAN BE SKIPPED--DEPENDING ON YOU AND YOUR BIKE.

Step 4: FINISH UP WITH NANO WAX

APPLY THE WAX TO THE ENTIRE BIKE AND WATCH IT SPARKLE.

Step 5: NOTES

IT'S REALLY NOT IMPORTANT WHICH SIDE YOU START ON.
OTHER THINGS CAN BE USED TO GET INTO NOOKS AND CRANNIES---JUST BE SURE TO USE SOMETHING THAT WON'T SCRATCH.
I'VE USED THIS STUFF ON EVERY PART OF MY BIKE WITH NO ILL EFFECTS---YOU MIGHT WANT TO TEST A SMALL AREA FIRST.---DEPENDING ON YOUR BIKE.
WRAP THE RAG AROUND THE STICK OR IMPLEMENT AND SPRAY THE RAG--FOR LARGE AREAS YOU CAN SPRAY DIRECTLY ON THE PART BEING CLEANED.
HAVE FUN!!!
Sweet
Very nice, thanks. I'm big on the waterless cleaners but i usually give the bike a solid water wash first to get off the crud.
