Introduction: WIRING THE COILS IN 3 PHASES AXIAL FLUX GENERATORS

There are a lot of instructions in how to make an AXIAL FLUX GENERATORS, but what they are lacking is a clear explanation on HOW TO WIRE THE COILS. I know that because I have been researching about the theme, and it was a hard work.  When at last  I figured out how the COILS ARE WIRED, I made these schematic drawings, which I now share with all of you, specially those that like me do not know anything about electricity or electronics but are willing to learn and to make.  If you need to use these eschmas and drawings please feel free to use them, just give me the credits.  So they say a picture is worth a Thousand words.

If you enjoy this work or it helped you in any way, please value it.

I have specials thanks to a friend that was very inspiring to me, with his educational videos in YOUTUBE.

MUDDY please keep smiling and the good work you do.

Step 1: The Beggining of the Coils Go Here

Remember this is just an illustrative Schema of where each coil go.
The beggining of the coil is the end from which you began to wind your coil,
the ending of your coil is where you finished your winding..

Step 2: The Ending of the Lasts Coils Go Here

The ending end of the third coil of each PHASE go to the ending termilals of the Phases

Step 3: THE COMPLETE WIRING

THIS IS THE COMPLETE WIRING OF THE COILS
and the hard part to understand.

Pay close attention to this and look at the DIAGRAMS

The beggining of the first coil in Phase 1 goes to the beggining terminal of Phase 1
The ending of the first coil in Phase 1 is soldered to beggining ot the second coil in Phase 1
The ending of the second coil in Phase 1 is soldered to beggining ot the third coil in Phase 1
The ending of the third coil in Phase 1 goes to the ending terminal of Phase 1

The beggining of the first coil in Phase 2 goes to the beggining terminal of Phase 2
The ending of the first coil in Phase 2 is soldered to beggining ot the second coil in Phase 2
The ending of the second coil in Phase 2 is soldered to beggining ot the third coil in Phase 2
The ending of the third coil in Phase 2 goes to the ending terminal of Phase 2

The beggining of the first coil in Phase 3 goes to the beggining terminal of Phase 3
The ending of the first coil in Phase 3 is soldered to beggining ot the second coil in Phase 3
The ending of the second coil in Phase 3 is soldered to beggining ot the third coil in Phase 3
The ending of the third coil in Phase 3 goes to the ending terminal of Phase 3

This was hard to figure out, but with a little thinking... and Gods Illumination to whom I thank, this work was done..

Thanks for reading, If you have doubts please leave a message.

There are some other diagrams I am working on that will be posted later

This is a Link to a Video that was made by my friend Muddy in YouTube about these drawings.  This Instructable was missing it please check it.

HEY, THANK YOU FOLKS 1000 VIEWS WERE PASSED

From This point we can have two types of circuits

STAR CIRCUIT
DELTA CIRCUITS

The difference between them is that in The STAR wiring Circuits you get more voltage with less rotation ( Depending on Wind Speed or Stream Water Current Flow or other media that occurs to you that could get the the axial flux to rotate), but also get less amps. In the Delta Circuits you get more amps but less voltage and need higher rotational speed to produce electricity.

To have a STAR CIRCUIT you need to short the 3 Beginning Connecting Terminals

The DELTA Connection I have not figured out yet.   ANY SUGESTIONS HERE
