Good Morning! How about a little extra coffee for breakfast? These waffles have a subtle coffee undertone but can easily be adjusted to suit your tastes. If you don't own a waffle iron, don't worry, make pancakes instead. All you need to do is cut the amount of oil in half!

You will need:

2 cups of Aunt Jamima Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 1/2 cups Vanilla Soymilk
2 Eggs
4 Tablespoons Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 1/2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee

Obviously, you will also need:

Measuring cups
Large bowl
Large spoon or spatula
Waffle Iron or Griddle
And don't forget your favorite toppings!

Quick and Easy Recipe:

Preheat the waffle iron.
Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
Stir until blended.
Let the batter rest 2 or 3 minutes before cooking.
Pour batter into iron and cook through.
Remove from iron.
Decide on your toppings and enjoy!
