Great video. I was wondering if after years of doing this and slowly increasing my energy (sorry, can't think of right word) if I can start to control things. My cousin used to do these (he taught me), and he used to be able to stop a watch, move small objects, and be able to stick skewers through his arm without bleeding or even feeling it. I can turn off street lights. How can I control this and be able to do the type of stuff he did? Thanks
