Step 1: Turn on TV Using Silver Remote

Press red "TV" button on remote.

Step 2: Use Panasonic Remote to Select Proper Signal

First press "TV" on Panasonic Remote. Next press "TV/Video" button just below it. Then use remote arrow buttons to scroll down to "VCR".

Step 3: Set VCR to Receive DVD Signal

Press power button on VCR, then press up and down "CH" buttons on VCR until VCR and TV screen says "L-1"

Step 4: Set X-Box to Play DVD

First turn on x-box by touching large silver circle on front -- it will have green light in center when on. Then press tiny circle just above xbox logo door of Xbox -- this will open tray so you can insert DVD. Insert DVD and press same spot to close tray. If DVD is already in xbox, opening and closing it anyway will automatically start DVD playing.

Step 5: Using Xbox Remote to Navigate DVD Menus

Turn on remote by pressing middle silver button until it lights. Use right joystick to navigate and green button to select items on screen after you've navigated to them
