Water Pump Clock

This instructable will show you how to turn an old automotive water pump into a clock. Every car nut needs a clock so why not have one made from car parts. This my first in a line of instructables im calling "car part furniture". Ill make and submit more as I obtain parts.

Step 1: Materials

First things first, you need to get your materials.

you need:
Water pump (mine came off my truck when i replaced it).
cd case
2 led lights
clear hose (not pictured)
Clock kit with numbers
hot glue
piece of wood to screw pump to
12v battery (not pictured)

Cool, all though at first I thought you were actually using the pump to shoot water at come sort of paddle/gear assembly to actually rotate the clock hands. What was i thinking :)
