Introduction: Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie
Watermelons are a rich source of vitamins, it even has more lycopene than raw tomatoes, with about 6,500 micro grams in less than half a cup.
Cucumbers are also extremely healthy, being one of the most hydrating foods in the world.
There is also a touch of ginger in this smoothie which happens to be one of the healthiest spices as well.
Try this smoothie out if you want to feel good and refreshed in the summer heat.
Step 1: Ingredients
- Watermelon(2 cups)
- Cucumber(1 cup
- Ginger(1 table spoon)
- Lime(with juice)
- Ice Cubes(Optional)
Step 2: Pealing Time
- Peal the outer layer of the Watermelon .
- Peal the cucumber.
- Cut the lime into half.
- Peal the Ginger outer layer.
Step 3: Chopping Time
- Chop the watermelon and remove seeds.
- Chop Cucumber into wheel types slices.
- Extract the juice out of the lime.
- Make the Ginger into a paste.
Step 4: Blending
Get all the chopped items ready and get your Mixer ready to use
Add all the items mentioned above to your mixer jar and start the mixer for some 2 minutes or until it blends.
Step 5: Serve and Garnish
Take a fine glass and gently add the Blended mixture into the Glass.
Garnish it with A cucumber as shown .
