Step 3: Finishing it up!

Now cut rather large pieces of tape and stick them on your hat so that they fill in all of the gaps. Make sure that the tape that you use on the outside of the hat will be the color that you want the hat to be. I chose a navy blue tape for my hat's outside and a silver tape for the hats inside.

Keep in mind that this hat is made out of tape so make sure that there are no sticky parts, especially on the inside.
