1. fold a mountain fold lengthwise 
2. fold one corner up to the edge.
3. repeat on the four corners
4. fold open edge to the mountain fold
5. repeat on other edge
6. now for the buzz kill.... make 7 more

by the way a flat bit of metal or bone folder makes for easier folding
