You should make clear that yeast infections in women ARE NOT usually caused by the same yeast that is used in baking and brewing, but rather by Candida, although in RARE cases, they can be caused by baking yeast.

You're quite right. Obviously there is loads and loads we could talk about. We recorded a 20 minute talk and this was edited down to a few minute overview. So unfortunately we had to leave out some key points. But thanks for your comment sciencenut.
