You did not eat all your bread and then it's dried.
Let's make that little tongue teaser.
You will need :
- dry bread
- olive oil
- oregano
- a knife
- a frying pan

Step 1: Cut the Bread

Cut the bread in small cubes (not too small because they will break while frying)

Step 2: Fry

Fry in olive oil. Half of the taste comes from olive oil, so it's difficult to replace.

Step 3: Had Oregano

When the bread is brown had oregano and fry a little bit more. But be quick because it's buring faster than you think.
You can replace oregano with all sort of herbs.

Step 4: It's Delicious

Eat with a good friend.
Lol I thought I was the only one that did this ...this works so well with bread that has been frozen and defrosted ..... I like to dip it in olive oil with a bit of balsamic and garlic ....let the garlic soak in the oil for a bit or a few weeks in a small bottle .....Another way to use it is to cut a hole in the middle of the bread add a bit of butter on both sides stick in a frying pan and fry a egg in the hole save the cut out part for your recipe .....Very good way to use the whole loaf
