Introduction: Wheat Bread Masala Dosa

-Wheat bread masala dosa is prepared very easily and instantly using basic ingredients which is another alternative to normal lentil dosa

Ingredients:

-12 bread slices

-Half cup curd

-3/4 cup semolina(sooji)

-water

-salt for taste

Ingredients for potato masala:

-4 to 5 boiled mashed potatoes

-mustard and cumin seeds

-1 tbsp bengal gram

-curry leaves

-2 to 3 dry red chillies

-pinch of turmeric

-salt for taste

-Any cooking oil

-lime juice

Step 1: Procedure for Potato Masala

-Boil potatoes and mash them

-Take little oil in vessel and when is heated add cumin,mustard seeds.when they crackle add dryred chillies, bengal gram and fry for few minutes.

-Add pinch of turmeric, green chilli paste and curry leaves

Step 2: Add Boiled Mashed Potatoes

-Add sliced onions and fry until they are cooked. Finally add boiled,mashed potatoes,salt and lime juice.Mix everything

Step 3: Procedure for Wheat Bread Masala Dosa

-Take 12 bread slices.crumble the bread slices. you can even remove the crust of bread slices as per your wish.

-Now add 3/4 cup semolina,half cup curd,3 to 4tbsp rice flour,little water to crumbled bread and soak for about 20 minutes.

Step 4: Blending

-Now blend in blender by adding required water. Batter should not be totally runny nor too thick.Add salt to batter and mix

Step 5: Prepare Dosa

-Heat the dosa pan.Now take laddle full of batter and spread on pan in circular motion like normal dosa

Step 7: Place Potato Masala at Centre

-When you see sides turning brown place the potato masala at the centre.

Step 8: Serve Hot
